Checkout is handled through PayPal. Because of PayPal's regional restrictions, sanctions regulations, and payment processing limitations, PayPal may not be available in certain countries or regions. If your checkout fails for what looks like a regional reason, contact us through the contact page and we'll do what we can.

After checkout you'll get an email with a download link. The same link is always available on your account page under Order History, and it doesn't expire, so you can re-download whenever you switch machines.

If the .zip is small (only a few KB) or refuses to extract, the download was probably interrupted. Re-download from your account page on a stable connection, and use a desktop archive tool instead of the browser's built-in extractor.

Yes. Log in and go to Order History. Every purchase you've made is listed there with a fresh download link. Even retired products keep their files available to existing customers.

We're selective about who sells on the platform, but we're always open to hearing from producers we haven't met yet. Head to the contact page, tick the "I want to sell my products on OmegaCreate" box, tell us a bit about what you make, and link a few examples. If it's a fit, we'll reach out.

Yes. Every drum kit, sound kit, and one-shot kit on OmegaCreate is royalty-free, so you can use those in commercial releases without paying anything extra. Sample packs and loop packs are not royalty-free by default, and they require clearance unless the product detail page specifically says otherwise. If you've used a non-royalty-free sample or loop in a commercial release, get in touch through the contact form so we can sort the clearance properly.

Credit isn't required, but it's always appreciated. If you do credit, we'd actually prefer you credit the individual producer or seller behind the kit rather than OmegaCreate as a whole.

You can share working session files (your own track) that contain our samples, but you can't redistribute the raw, unaltered samples or pass the pack itself to someone else. Each producer who wants to use the samples in their own work needs their own license.

Using the sounds inside a track you produce for someone else (ghost-production) is fine. Repackaging or reselling our content as part of another sample pack, preset bank, or sound library is not. That's the one carve-out in the license.

First, check your spam and promotions folders. If it's still missing after about 10 minutes, send us a note from the contact page with the email you used at checkout, and we'll resend everything manually.

Changing your account email isn't available right now. It's something we may roll out in a future update, since the site gets new features added consistently based on what people ask for, so keep an eye out. In the meantime, if it's urgent, contact support and we'll help where we can.

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. We'll email you a reset link that's valid for one hour.

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus PayPal. Currency is auto-detected from your location at checkout.

No. Because every product on OmegaCreate is a digital download, we have a strict, non-negotiable no-refund policy. This applies whether or not the files have actually been downloaded after purchase. Please double-check your order before you complete checkout.

Send us your order number and we'll look into it at our earliest convenience. Duplicate charges are usually an authorisation hold that drops off in 2 to 5 days, but we'll confirm with the gateway either way.
